shipment by this vender was by fedex with no signiture required. fedex lost the item or delivered it somewhere else. the driver admitted he never was at my house, but did not know where he put it. fedex washed their hands of it because no signiture was required. i called the vender and was told they would refund my money immediatly and put a claim in to fedex. that was a few months ago, and they still have not refunded the money. it was only $136., but priciples are principles. i will not purchase from this vender ever again. i have used amazon for years with many purchases, and never had a problem until now.
